FNB Innovators Internal Campaign

First National Bank (FNB) holds an annual internal competition where the prize money is R1 000 000.

The challenge goes out to their employees to come up with an innovative idea that will better the company. The idea can lie anywhere from products to customer service, and the money can go to an investment consultant or to a teller working in the bank.

Our challenge was 2 fold. Firstly we had to inspire FNB employees to come up with an idea and enter the competition. Then secondly, inspire them to make their idea happen.

The internal website works as a portal of inspiration and collaboration. Here you can log your ideas and track their progress.

One can also find logged ideas on the system that might need your area of expertise. You can join the idea and help collaborate to make it happen.

Everyday interesting and inspiring articles and stories get posted on the site, as well as crazy and clever inventions. There is also an innovative games section which helps you think differently and inspires collaboration.
